Davis family sells 184 home sites for more than $22 million

Five developers purchased properties to build Seabrook Village Phase 3 in Nocatee.

Sonoc Company LLC, part of the Davis family that has been developing Nocatee, sold five parcels in St. Johns County comprising 184 home sites to five developers for a combined $22,657,500.

The properties will become Seabrook Village Phase 3 in the master-planned community. The neighborhood will be called Reflections at Seabrook.

 • Toll Brothers Inc. of Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, purchased 26 lots Sept. 26 for $3.705 million. 

 •  Riverside Homes of North Florida Inc. of Jacksonville bought 41 lots Sept. 27 for $4.674 million.

 • ICI Homes of Daytona Beach bought 33 lots Sept. 27 for $4,702,500.

 • Providence Construction Company of Jacksonville purchased 42 lots Sept. 27 for $4.788 million.

 • David Weekley Homes of Houston purchased 42 lots Sept. 27 for $4.788 million. 

In May, the Davis Family sold 177 lots for Seabrook Village Phase 2 for $25.05 million.

The Davis family founded the Winn-Dixie grocery chain.
