  • The Guardian Catholic School, 4920 Brentwood Ave., contractor is Auld & White Constructors LLC, 1,200 square feet, new gazebo, $95,000.

Stores, Mercantile

  • EP Jax Inc., 3851 Emerson St., No. 10, contractor is Styles Construction Inc., 101 square feet, mechanical equipment alteration, $35,050.
