Regus working toward Southpoint office

The location is one of 11 Jacksonville-area sites, including another opening soon Downtown.

Regus, which leases space to provide flexible offices, intends to open in Southpoint at Innovation Park at 6735 Southpoint Drive S.

The Regus.com site says the location, one of 11 it lists in Northeast Florida, is opening soon.

The city is reviewing a permit application for contractor Emerald C’s Development Inc. of Jacksonville to build-out 15,018 square feet of space in Suite 350 at an estimated project cost of $279,561.

The two-building Innovation Park is at northeast Interstate 95 and Butler Boulevard.

As previously reported, another Regus listed as opening soon is among two floors of the historic Greenleaf & Crosby Building – now called The Greenleaf – at 204-208 N. Laura St. in Downtown Jacksonville. 

Regus offers office space, coworking, virtual offices, telephone answering, meeting rooms and other services.

For the Southpoint Drive location, Regus.com says:

“Whether you’re looking for somewhere to work on the go or a permanent office, Southpoint Drive has everything you need.”

Regus is developing space in the historic Greenleaf & Crosby Building – now called The Greenleaf – at 204-208 N. Laura St. in Downtown Jacksonville.

It says customers can “set up business on the third floor of our modern workspace and allow our dedicated team to assist you by handling cleaning, utilities, security and more. “

It says its offering include an open-plan coworking area surrounded by large windows; business-grade WiFi across the building; and meeting rooms bookable by the hour, day or longer.

Regus says it has 11 area locations, including two others Downtown in the Bank of America Tower on the Northbank and the 841 Prudential Drive building on the Southbank.

Of the 11 in the area, two are in Duval County and one is in Ponte Vedra Beach.
