Palm Valley Outdoors Bar & Grill sold Nov. 1 for a total of $5 million.
The sale comprised two properties: the waterfront restaurant at 269 S. Roscoe Blvd. and the adjacent parking lot at 277 S. Roscoe Blvd.
Beth Browne of Jacksonville bought the restaurant property through BB Woodside LLC for $2.5 million.
The seller was Toni Kara of Ponte Vedra Beach through Palm Valley Marina Holdings LLC of Jacksonville.
Kara also sold the parking lot to Browne through CGEF LLC of Jacksonville for $2.5 million.
The 8,974-square-foot restaurant, built in 1965, sits on 0.82 acre. The parking lot is 1.65 acres.
The restaurant is near the Palm Valley Bridge. It has a dock and a large partially covered patio on the Intracoastal Waterway. There is a boat ramp next door to the restaurant.
It rents kayaks and paddleboards. There is also a water sports and fishing store.
Palm Valley Outdoors Bar & Grill remains open and will serve the same menu, according to management.
Its happy hour is from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday. It offers a variety of drink specials and half off hummus, garlic shrimp, fried gator tail, calamari and other appetizers.
The business opened in 2014.
