St. Johns County and the St. Johns River Water Management District are reviewing plans for a Daily’s gas station and convenience store in the Silverleaf community.
It will be the convenience story chain’s 38th location.
Jacksonville-based Daily’s owner and operator, First Coast Energy, through First Energy LLP, owns the 3.8 acres where the store is planned. The civil engineer is England-Thims & Miller, also of Jacksonville.
It is planned at County Road 16A southeast of Silverleaf Parkway.
Site plans show a 7,600-square-foot convenience store with 16 fueling stations and 32 pumps, a drive-thru car wash and charging stations for electric vehicles.
There are 69 parking spaces.
Plans also show an unnamed 4,300-square-foot medical office with 52 parking spaces.
The chain’s fast-casual food service concept, Daily’s Dash, offers hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrees, plus sandwiches and made-to-order specialty coffee beverages ordered via touchscreen kiosk.
According to its website, Daily’s was founded in 1997 and operates primarily in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Gainesville and Broward County.
The St. Johns County Development Review Committee will review the Daily’s plans Dec. 4.
