Designer lighting, patio furniture stores announced for Town Center II

Ashco Developers says the retailers have signed leases for the outparcel space at site of the former Wendy’s at 4907 Big Island Drive.

Jacksonville-based Ashco Developers announced new tenants Visual Comfort & Co. and Belamo signed leases for Outparcels at Town Center II at 4907 Big Island Drive.

Visual Comfort & Co. sells designer lighting from 50 showrooms across the United States and the United Kingdom. Florida showrooms are in Coral Gables, Miami and Tampa.  

The proposed Town Center II comprises 16,063 square feet, with 14,063 on the ground floor and 2,000 square feet on the second level, on 1.02 acres

Belamo, a patio furniture company, has its roots in Belgium and the Netherlands, where its designs are created. Florida showrooms include Aventura, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderale and Naples.

Ashco Inc. announced in August 2023 that intended to demolish the closed Wendy’s it bought in February 2023 to develop the 16,000-square-foot Town Center II.

Ashco said it is 70% leased with spaces available from 1,200 square feet to 7,200 square feet.

The company said Phase I, at 4853 Big Island Drive, is fully occupied with Modani Furniture, Elase Med Spa, Mayday Ice Cream, DOS Coffee and Talkin’ Tacos. 

A former Wend's was demolished to make way for Ascho Town Center II.
