As Louis Vuitton renovates and enlarges its St. Johns Town Center store, the city issued a permit for nearby space for the luxury retailer to use as a remote office.
The city issued a construction permit May 28 for Dimension One Inc. to build-out 1,000 square feet of space at 4818 River City Drive, Unit 104A, at a cost of $360,851.
Plans show an employee space with an office, workstations, pantry and communal table.

It is the second phase for the Louis Vuitton project.
