Sonoc Company LLC, part of the Davis family that has been developing Nocatee, sold five parcels in St. Johns County for more than $25.05 million.
The properties will become Seabrook Village Phase 2 in the master-planned community.
The five transactions comprise 177 lots.
• ICI Homes of Daytona Beach purchased 19 lots on May 20 for $3.249 million.
The deed restricts home size to 2,450-3,400 square feet, regardless of lot size.
• David Weekley Homes of Houston bought 39 lots May 17 for $4.987 million.
The deed restricts home size to 1,450-2,400 square feet on 40-foot lots and 1,900-2,900 square feet on 50-foot lots.
• Riverside Homes of Jacksonville bought 40 lots on May 20 for $5.101 million.
Homes on 40-foot lots can be 1,450-2,400 square feet and on 50-foot lots homes can be 1,900-2,900 square feet.
• Providence Homes of Jacksonville bought 39 lots on May 20 for $4.472 million.
Homes on 40-foot lots can be 1,450-2,400 square feet and those on 60-foot lots can be 2,450-3,400 square feet.
• Dostie Homes of Jacksonville bought 40 lots May 20 for $6.241 million.
Houses on 50-foot lots can be 1,900-2,900 square feet and those on 60-foot lots can be 2,450-3,400 square feet.
David Weekley Homes, Providence Homes and Riverside Homes built in Seabrook Village Phase 1. Homes there start in the low $500,000s.
The Davis family founded the Winn-Dixie grocery chain.
