  • 1 Imeson Park Blvd LLC, 1 Imeson Park Blvd., contractor is Southern Grace Homes LLC, 900 square feet, tenant build-out, $50,000.

Office, Bank, Professional

  • Shipyards Office LLC, 1406 E. Bay St., contractor is PCL Construction LLC, 81,792 square feet, new shell building, $39.18 million.
  • ARETI Building, 9995 Gate Parkway N., No. 305, contractor is Lighthouse Construction of North Florida LLC, 1,419 square feet, tenant build-out, $39,050.
  • Family Care Partners by InnovaCare Health, 6484 Fort Caroline Road, contractor is Coastal Reconstruction Group Inc., 7,809 square feet, interior demolition, $20,000.
