  • United States Gypsum Co., 6825 Evergreen Ave., contractor is Ace Door & Window Co. Inc., door replacement, $141,215.

Office, Bank, Professional

  • Girvin Plaza, 12777 Atlantic Blvd., contractor is C.M. Freeman Co., install ATM, $15,000.
