In a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, new owners took control of Wells Fargo Center in Downtown Jacksonville. The tower and a nine-level parking garage were conveyed to Argentic Investment Management LLC of New York City for $41.715 million. Argentic also acquired another parking garage at 21 E. Bay St. for $4.64 million.
