Here are the top 10 commercial real estate sales in Northeast Florida, comprising Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties. The sales were recorded March 18-24, 2024.

Fort Lauderdale-based Southeast Property Group acquired a two-property, 328-unit apartment portfolio at 5928 Firestone Road and 1601 Dunn Ave. in Jacksonville for $20.3 million. Southeast said that because the properties are distressed, Colonial Forest Apartments are being rebranded as The Belmont, and Northwood Apartments as Avenue at 1601. Southeast says a $9.7 million renovation is underway.
