Oasis Holdings LLC of Sunny Isles Beach sold the apartments through Silversmith Crane Holdings LLC.
The buyer was Cedar Grove Capital of Woodmere, New York, through Silversmith CGC LLC.
The 140-unit community, built in 1971, is on 7.7 acres. The per-unit price is $106,142.
It is west of Arlington Road South and north of Crane Avenue near Glynlea Park and Holiday Hill Elementary School.
The apartments offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units with one and two baths. They are 650 to 1,150 square feet. Monthly rents are $999 to $1,799, according to apartments.com.
The one-, two- and three-story buildings have balconies and patios.
Oasis Holdings LLC bought the property in June 2022 from US Investing Group of Atlantic Beach for $21.05 million.
It is a gated community. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, picnic area, laundry facilities and laundry service. Management and maintenance are on-site.
