Shanna Khan has been appointed chief design officer of Iguana Investments Florida LLC, the real estate arm of Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan that is developing the Shipyards project.
Khan, 36, is Shad Khan’s daughter.
She is involved in several facets of her father’s business. She is the senior executive in all developments related to the Jacksonville Shipyards where the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville are being built.
She is involved in several businesses including real estate, interior design, manufacturing, bespoke jewelry, professional sports, luxury goods, leisure and hospitality.
Shanna Khan is leading an 11-story mixed-use office in Chicago called 919 West Fulton, the city’s first new office complex in more than a year. The building will be 409,000 square feet.
She is an equity investor in Broadway Chapter, a five-story multifamily community in Fort Worth Texas.
Shanna Khan serves as the president of the Urbana Country Club in Urbana, Illinois, and has served as an independent corporate director on the board of Yellowstone Acquisition Co..
Shad Khan leads Flex-N-Gate, which is based in Urbana. The company makes and supplies metal components, assemblies and plastic parts for the automotive industry.
Shanna Khan is a director of the Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation and Khan Foundation Inc. and has served the U.S. House of Representatives as an Immigration and Internal Affairs Specialist.
Iguana Investments Florida LLC is a real estate development entity formed by the Khan family for growth in the greater Jacksonville area.
The release said Iguana is a part of a multibillion-dollar group of international businesses collectively led by Shad Khan and his children Shanna and Tony Khan, that includes the Jacksonville Jaguars, Fulham Football Club of the English Premier League, All Elite Wrestling, Daily’s Place and Bold Events in Jacksonville, the Seahorse Oceanfront Inn and Lemon Bar in Neptune Beach and the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto.
