Jacksonville-based NLP Logix signed a lease for an additional 10,888 square feet of office space at its headquarters at 9000 Southside Blvd., according to a March 11 news release from commercial real estate company CBRE.
The custom AI and software services company moved to its 10,800-square-foot office in Building 700 at Gramercy Woods in South Jacksonville in December 2023.
Oliver Barakat and Billy Kuntz of CBRE represented the landlord, Atlanta-based Glenfield Capital, in lease negotiations, the release said.
Brad Chrischilles and Andrew Hawkins of Foundry Commercial represented NLP Logix.
In addition to the lease signed by NLP Logix, CBRE and Glenfield Capital have completed more than 65,000 square feet of leasing at Gramercy Woods in the fourth quarter of 2023, the release said.
Gramercy Woods is an 80-acre business park next to The Avenues mall..
“In the last 9 months, Gramercy Woods has made almost 200,000 square feet in proposals, signed leases for over 65,000 square feet with more under negotiation,” James Cate, managing principal with Glenfield Capital, said in the release.
“Leasing is vibrant in Jacksonville. Demand remains strong for quality product in the suburbs of south Jacksonville.”
According to CBRE Research, the average lease size for new office leases and expansions during 2023 was 7,103 square feet, compared with 6,836 square feet in 2022.

Before its December move, NLP Logix operated for 12 years in 5,900 square feet of space at 4215 Southpoint Blvd., Suite 140.
