Ash Properties will be moving its headquarters to The Palms at Gate Parkway, a two-story, three-building commercial center it has developed near its existing building.
The city issued a permit June 26 for Ash Construction LLC to build-out 26,175 square feet of space on the second floor at 7540 Gate Parkway at a project cost of $189,096.
AEC Integrated is the project architect.
Jacksonville-based Ash Properties is the property owner and landlord of the recently built two-level office, retail and restaurant project built at 7510, 7540 and 7570 Gate Parkway. The space for lease totals 119,362 square feet.
Among the tenants will be Foxtail Coffee Co. and Fore Score Golf Tavern, both on the ground floor at 7570 Gate Parkway, and V Steakhouse – now named 14 Prime – and V Pizza, with Sidecar Jax lounge between them, on the ground floor at 7510 Gate Parkway.
Ash Properties now is based in the three-story, almost 47,000-square-foot office building it owns at 7880 Gateway Parkway.
