Northwest Jacksonville warehouse sold for $6.76 million

The 104,240-square-foot building site comprises two parcels on Canal Street.

A warehouse in Northwest Jacksonville sold June 18 for $6.76 million.

The warehouse site comprises two parcels at 0 N. Canal St. and 3333 N. Canal St. The property is north of Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway about 1.7 miles west of Interstate 95.

Diamond Properties, a real estate company in Mount Kisco, New York, bought the properties through DP 157 LLC.

The seller was Faropoint, an industrial real estate investment company in Hoboken, New Jersey, through FGR-X-FL2 LP.

The larger parcel is 7.96 acres and contains a 104,240-square-foot warehouse built in 1969. Beacon Roofing Products, G+S Warehousing and the Laney & Duke Terminal Warehouse lease the building.

The smaller parcel is 0.24 acre at Canal Street North and 26th Street West. It is part of the warehouse parking lot.

The two properties previously sold in 2022 for $5.69 million by Easton, Sanderson & Co., a Jacksonville-based commercial and industrial real estate company Jacksonville.
