Taylor Day Grimm & Boyd added four lawyers to the litigation practice in its Jacksonville office.
• Nathaniel Carr was born in Charleston, West Virginia, and received a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University where he majored in political science.
While attending WVU, Carr was a member of the varsity swimming program where he participated in the NCAA Division I Championships, U.S. Open and U.S. Olympic Trials.
He then received a J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.
Carr will focus primarily on auto insurance defense and construction law.
• William McVicker is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. He received a bachelor’s in political science from the University of South Carolina and a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law.
McVicker focuses his practice on construction law and premises liability.
• Colton McCorkle joined Taylor Day’s PIP and pre-suit demand review teams after litigating insurance defense for first/third-party property and auto claims. As part of his background, McCorkle worked on defending buildings with historic legal distinctions from tort claims.
He attended the University of Florida where he completed undergraduate studies and then received a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.
• William Estes attended Hampden-Sydney College where he double-majored in foreign affairs and economics.
He received a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University College of Law and will focus his practice on auto insurance defense.
