Foxtail Coffee Co. is building-out its fourth Northeast Florida shop in The Palms at Gate Parkway south of St. Johns Town Center.
The city issued a permit July 22 for Rhodes Building Co. of Longwood to build-out 1,456 square feet of space at a job cost of $485,533 for Foxtail Coffee at 7570 Gate Parkway, No. 106.
The Palms at Gate Parkway is near Burnt Mill Road about a half-mile north of Ikea.
Orlando-based Foxtail has shops in San Marco, St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra Beach.
The company, which started in 2016 in Winter Park, has 67 locations in Florida, Georgia, Michigan and Nevada, according to its website.
Jacksonville-based Ash Properties is the property owner and landlord The Palms at Gate Parkway, a two-level office, retail and restaurant project built at 7510, 7540 and 7570 Gate Parkway.
Ash Properties is moving its headquarters to the center. Other tenants will be Fore Score Golf Tavern, at 7570 Gate Parkway, and V Steakhouse – now named 14 Prime – and V Pizza, with Sidecar Jax lounge between them, at 7510 Gate Parkway.
