Permits issued for first phase of Imeson Port Center in North Jacksonville

The city issued permits July 17 for two of the first three buildings at Imeson Port Center in North Jacksonville that developer Chalmers Property Co. estimates totals $66 million.

The Conlan Co. of Jacksonville is the contractor for the almost 200,000-square-foot buildings, totaling about 600,000 square feet, at 1001 Zoo Parkway. The project cost is $3 million for each.

They are Buildings 1A, 1B and 1C, also called Buildings 100, 200 and 300.
