PCL Construction, one of the largest contracting organizations in North America, welcomes Olivia Frick as Business Development Manager.
In her role, Olivia will be responsible for managing and developing relationships at a local level, focusing on the Jacksonville market as PCL expands its footprint into North Florida.
Olivia joins PCL with a diverse background in business development, project management and marketing within the AEC industry.
Her career is highlighted by significant achievements and active involvement in community and professional organizations, which have earned her recognition and respect across the industry.
In her role, Olivia will be responsible for relationship development and management at a local level, focusing on developing key relationships in the Jacksonville market as PCL continues to expand their footprint into North Florida.
Olivia received her Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Olivia is deeply involved in community and professional organizations, and currently serves as the District Council Chair of ULI (Urban Land Institute) North Florida.
She was recognized with the “40 Under 40” award by the Jacksonville Business Journal in 2022, the JAXChamber Hightower Emerging Leaders Fellowship in 2023, and was selected for the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2025.
