The Daily Record asked architecture firms working in Northeast Florida to share the designs of some of their projects in progress. Here is a look at what is in store.

The project: The Village at Town Center is a “Live, Work, Dine & Play” community. The apartment complex has state-of-the-art fitness gyms, resort-style pools and private courtyards. It is at the site of the demolished Morocco Shrine Center along St. Johns Bluff Road.
Role: Alliant is responsible for the project’s hardscape and landscape design. It is working on the project with Tierra Linda Development Group, PQH Group Design and Connelly & Wicker Inc.

The project: Village at Town Center, by Tierra Linda Development, is a 340-unit apartment community with a 700-space parking garage. Amenities include a clubhouse, two resort-style pools and a fitness center.
Role: PQH is responsible for the project master plan and designed its first building.
