  • Villager Apartments, 2951 Justina Road, contractor is Lloyd’s Construction & Consulting LLC, stair case and balcony railing replacements, $169,250.

  • Stellar Energy, 12970 Normandy Blvd., contractor is Ladson Construction Co. LLC, 1,000 square feet, alteration, $1.1 million.
  • Imeson Park South, 1511 Zoo Parkway, No. 300, contractor is Evans General Contractors LLC, guard shack foundation, $62,552.

  • Auld & White Constructors LLC, 4168 Southpoint Parkway S., No. 101, contractor is Auld & White Constructors LLC, 25,674 square feet, tenant build-out, $4.76 million.
