The project: The 340-unit, four-story building will include a pool, multiple amenity spaces and a rooftop deck for public and private use. Constructed in partnership with the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, the transit-oriented development will connect to the JTA San Marco Skyway station.
Where: Downtown Southbank south of Duval County Public Schools building.

The project: Urban mixed-use development includes new construction and preservation of the historic 1929 Jones Brothers building in Downtown Jacksonville that includes apartments, retail space and a parking garage. The building is on Jacksonville’s Emerald Trail.

The project: Meadows Village Plaza is a two-story mixed-use project that comprises office, retail and restaurant spaces with a private courtyard behind the building with landscaping and water features.

The project: The mixed-use urban development will include 202 market-rate studio, one and two-bedroom apartments and more than 6,000 square feet of commercial space to accommodate retail or restaurant tenants. The project will include a fully-screened parking garage.
