The 4th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission to meet July 26

The 4th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission will convene its annual meeting at noon July 26 in Room 7139 at the Duval County Courthouse at 501 W. Adams St.

The agenda includes election of a chair and vice chair as well as any other new business raised by commissioners.

The commission interviews applicants for judicial vacancies and recommends candidates to Gov. Ron DeSantis for appointment to the bench.

All proceedings of the commission are open to the public except for deliberations.
