The PARC Group is advancing plans for a mixed-use development in the Nocatee master-planned community, including an 11,875-square-foot commercial building and an 89,000-square-foot self-storage facility.

St. Johns County is reviewing project plans for “Project Adventure Retail,” submitted June 25. The PARC Group made a service availability inquiry with JEA on May 27.

Project Adventure Retail is planned for development on 2.66 acres at the southeast corner of Adventure Trail and Crosswater Parkway.

Sonoc Company LLC of Jacksonville owns the 2.66-acre site at southeast Adventure Trail and Crosswater Parkway. Jacksonville-based Blackstone Engineering is the civil engineer.

Site plans show 64 parking spaces. The commercial building will be 30 feet tall and the self-storage facility 60 feet tall.

Mike White of The PARC Group told the county’s Development Review Committee in November that the commercial building will lease to multiple tenants. No potential businesses were disclosed.

The project joins other recent Nocatee commercial developments by the PARC Group, including Bronx House Pizza, V’s Barber Shop and Degree Wellness.

A high-end steakhouse, Chop House at Nocatee, with a rooftop bar is expected to open this fall.

The site is north of St. Johns County Fire-Rescue Station No. 18 and south of Starling at Nocatee Assisted Living & Memory Care.
