  • The Park at Potenza Apartments, 10023 Belle Rive Blvd., contractor is JEH Construction Services LLC, five balcony repairs, $68,005.

Restaurants

  • Maggiano’s Little Italy, 10367 Midtown Parkway, contractor is Venture Construction Co., 1,500 square feet, dining patio remodel, $652,667.
  • Cinnabon Pilot Travel Center, 4075 Jones Branch Blvd., contractor is Indianapolis Construction Services Inc., remove Auntie Anne’s kiosk and replace existing Cinnabon kiosk, $125,000.

Stores, Mercantile

  • Walmart, 8808 Beach Blvd., contractor is G.M. Northrup Corp., 2,240 square feet, future tenant renovation, $20,000.
