Extended Stay America building near VA clinic in North Jacksonville

The city issued a construction permit July 1 for a four-story, 124-unit Extended Stay America and pool at 15678 Max Leggett Parkway at a construction cost of $9.1 million

The 2.09-acre site is west of North Main Street near UF Health in front of the Jacksonville North VA Clinic and Domiciliary in North Jacksonville.

An Extended Stay America hotel is planned at 15678 Max Leggett Parkway in front of the Jacksonville North VA Clinic and Domiciliary, which is now completed and open.

The site is north of the River City Marketplace shopping area.

The developer is Opterra Capital LLC of Boca Raton. 

Integrated Construction LLC of Jacksonville is the contractor.

Woolpert of Cincinnati is the architect. Avid Group of Palm Harbor is the civil engineer.
