Jacksonville-based Regency Centers Corp. confirms that Sephora is joining the Pablo Plaza shopping center in Jacksonville Beach.
Regency Centers’ site plan for the center at 1822 S. Third St. shows that beauty-products retailer Sephora will lease a 4,103-square-foot store between Great Clips and HomeGoods.
Whole Foods, Marshalls and HomeGoods anchor Pablo Plaza, which Regency Centers owns. The site plan shows the 161,632-square-foot shopping center is full.
Pablo Pablo is west along Third Street between Beach Boulevard to the north and Butler Boulevard to the south.
Sephora also is joining Regency Centers’ Mandarin Landing shopping center, according to the site plan for that property at 10601 San Jose Blvd.
Sephora, an international brand, is shown in a 4,830-square-foot space next to Whole Foods Market, which also anchors Mandarin Landing.
The city is reviewing a permit application for Management Resource Systems Inc. of High Point, North Carolina, to build-out the space at a project cost of $650,913. Sargenti Architects of Pasadena, California, is the architect.
Mandarin Landing is a 129,242-square-foot shopping center at San Jose Boulevard and Hartley Road, north of Interstate 295.
Sephora USA Inc. is based in San Francisco. It is part of Paris-based LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, a luxury goods group.
Sephora.com shows the retailer has one store in Jacksonville in St. Johns Town Center and four shops within Kohl’s stores in Jacksonville and Fleming Island.
