  • Zimmer Biomet CMF and Thoracic LLC, 1520 Tradeport Drive, contractor is Ladson Construction Co. LLC, interior renovation, $233,957.

  • Waxing the City, 12795 San Jose Blvd., No. 6, contractor is Duffey Southeast Inc., 1,545 square feet, tenant build-out, $258,574.
