With a permit issued, fashion designer Marc Jacobs can build-out at St. Johns Town Center.

JRM Construction Management Florida LLC of Boca Raton is the contractor for the $185,000 tenant build-out for the 2,786-square-foot project at 4812 River City Drive, Unit 119.

The Talbots women’s clothing store has been in city review for a split of the 6,269-square-foot store at that address into at least two spaces at an estimated project cost of $250,000.

The Marc Jacobs is planned in the strip of storefronts anchored by Lilly Pulitzer and Tommy Bahama. The stores are near Nordstrom.

It looks like Marc Jacobs will take one of them.

An associate at Talbots could not comment Dec. 30 on the retailer’s plans for the remaining space.
