An oceanfront home in Ponte Vedra Beach sold Dec. 31 for $10.9 million.

The 4,219-square-foot home is at 697 Ponte Vedra  Blvd. 

Nickolas Stam and Alixe Stamatogiannakis of Jacksonville Beach sold the property to Peter Thornton Sr. and Marijane Thornton of Ponte Vedra Beach.

Stam is a real estate developer and former COO of Florida Blue, according to his LinkedIn page.

The house, built in 1979, sits on 0.47 acre.

It has four bedrooms and four full baths. It has a sun room, built-in hot tub, and a two-car garage with a circular driveway.

The house sold in May 2022 for $5.35 million.
