The buyer was Green Phin Flats LLC of Freehold, New Jersey. It shares an address with Blue Chip Realty & Property Management.
The title manager of Green Phin Flats is Caerus Real Estate Fund LLC, also at the Freehold address.
AC Construction LLC of Fort Pierce sold the property through U.P-Apartments LLC.
Green Phin Flats obtained a $6.75 million mortgage from Greystone Servicing Co. of Warrenton, Virginia.
The 120-unit community was built in 1966. It comprises 10 buildings on 4.62 acres. The per-unit price is $91,666.
There are one-, two- and three-bedroom units with one and two baths. They are 715 to 1,300 square feet, according to apartments.com. No rental information is available.
The community has a multiuse room, laundry facility, pool and high-speed internet. Units are smoke-free and cable ready.
The apartments last sold in 2013 for $2.6 million.
