Westland Lake Plaza in West Jacksonville sold for $13.5 million

The shopping center’s tenants include Burlington Coat Factory, Guitar Center, Bealls Outlet and LA Fitness.

The Westland Lake Plaza shopping center in West Jacksonville sold Dec. 9 for $13.5 million.

The shopping center is at 6000 Lake Gray Blvd. It is west of Blanding Boulevard and north of Interstate 295.

Washington Prime Group of Columbus, Ohio, sold the property through Westland Fee Owner LLC.

The buyer was Mishorim Orange LLC and Gold Orange LLC, each with a 50% interest. 

The deed says the mailing address for the companies is Gold Investments USA Inc. at 9378 Arlington Expressway, Suite 319.  State records list addresses in Adventura.

Maoz Goldshtein is the registered agent of all three companies.  

Westland Lake Plaza, constructed in 1989, is on 17.06 acres. Property records show the center comprises seven buildings totaling 165,087 square feet of space. 

Tenants include Burlington Coat Factory, Guitar Center, Bealls Outlet and LA Fitness.

It sold in 1989 for $3.6 million.
