A warehouse and distribution center at 1302 Eastport Road in North Jacksonville and two adjacent properties sold for $9.8 million on Nov. 19.
1302 Eastport Road Holding LLC of Wilmington, Delaware, bought the three properties.
The seller was BWT Property Management Inc. of Jacksonville.
1302 Eastport Road Holding LLC took out a $6.37 million mortgage from BWT Property Management Inc. of Jacksonville.
Tireco Distributors, based in Garden, California, is in the Eastport Road building. It distributes Barron Tires and Milestar Tires.
The building on 6.87 acres has 118,700 square feet of rentable space and 2,040 square feet of subleasable office space that includes a sales training area, executive office, shared break room and restrooms, according to LoopNet.com.
Their are five buildings on the property constructed between 1954 and renovated in 2006.
It sold for $1.1 million in May 2001.
The warehouse sale includes two adjacent properties along Kraft Road that total 1.19 acres, The larger parcel is 1.13 acres and is zoned industrial light. It is a parking lot for the warehouse. The smaller parcel is 0.06 acre and is labeled as wasteland by the Duval County Property Appraiser.
Kraft Road intersects with Eastport Road just east of San Mateo Little League park.
