The St. Johns River Water Management District approved a minor modification Nov. 13 for the development of the 9,350-square-foot two-story bank with one drive-thru ATM and site improvements that include 58 parking spaces, landscaping, utilities and a stormwater management system.

The branch is planned at the Sawgrass Village shopping center where Chase operates a small branch next to Publix.
