In collaboration with Iguana Investments, Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan’s real estate development company, the Colliers Urban Division is marketing what the commercial real estate company calls “an exclusive and transformative riverfront restaurant opportunity in Downtown Jacksonville.”
Specifically, Colliers is representing two food and beverage venues next to the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences Jacksonville, the Stadium of the Future, the business offices of the Jacksonville Jaguars and the St. Johns River.
According to Colliers, The Marina Restaurant is a free-standing site with about 3,400 square feet of usable space and a large outdoor patio with a waterfront view.
The Café on the Green, in the building housing the Jaguars' offices, comprises about 4,400 square feet of usable space and a large outdoor patio along the event lawn west of the hotel.
Khan is building the 10-story Four Seasons Hotel & Residences on 5.1 acres. It will comprise 170 hotel guestrooms and 26 residential units along with a spa, restaurants, ballrooms, bars, pools and other amenities.
Site work for the hotel and office building began in late 2022 followed by foundation work in summer 2023.
