Bath & Body Works is building-out its ninth Northeast Florida store, replacing the closed Rue21 at River City Marketplace.

The city issued a permit Dec. 3 for Lakeview Construction of Wisconsin LLC to remodel the 3,255-square-foot store at 13141 City Station Drive at a project cost of $225,000.

Bath & Body Works sells soaps, lotions, scents, candles, sanitizers and more.

Plans indicate the store will be a combined Bath & Body Works and White Barn, a sister company that sells candles and home and car scents.
