Coastal Wine Market & Tasting Room will relocate to Nocatee Town Center in early summer 2025, Skinner Bros. Realty and The PARC Group announced Aug. 29.

Coastal Wine, which opened eight years ago, remains open across the street at 641 Crosswater Parkway, Suite B, in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Steve and Shaun Lourie are the owners. They said the new, expanded space, next to the upcoming The Chophouse at Nocatee, includes a waterfront patio, private dining room and kitchen.

They also plan to rename it Coastal Wine & Tapas.

“This is the holy grail for us as small business owners,” Steve Lourie said in a news release. “We get to continue growing in our hometown of Nocatee and create a footprint that our guests will enjoy for years to come.”

Coastal Wine & Tapas is planned for the gray building at the left of his strip of shops at Nocatee Town Center along Pine Lake Drive. V’s Barbershop and The Social Society are other tenants.

“We are deeply grateful for the unwavering support of our incredible team members and loyal community, who are the heart of our success and the driving force behind our growth,” Shaun Lourie said. “We’re elevating everything — from the ambiance to the seating, and even our name.”

Coastal Wine offers tapas, boutique wine offerings and craft beer. Menu items include coastal Angus sliders, coconut shrimp, flatbreads, goat cheese and fig jam and charcuterie boards.

“We are thrilled to have Coastal Wine & Tapas anchor what will be a destination dining pocket for all of Ponte Vedra,” said Riley Skinner, vice president of Skinner Bros. Realty, in a news release.

The Chophouse at Nocatee is shown under construction to the left of the gray building that will house Coastal Wine & Tapas in Nocatee Town Center.

“We have worked with owners Steve & Shaun Lourie since they opened their doors in 2016 and it has been a joy to watch them grow into a beloved Nocatee favorite. We look forward to many more years to come providing Nocatee residents a first class dining experience.”

Skinner Bros. Realty is the development manager and leasing agent of Nocatee Town Center in partnership with The PARC Group.

Coastal Wine is part of the next phase of Nocatee Town Center, anchored by The Chophouse at Nocatee, under construction. It is planned to open by the end of the year, Skinner said in an email.

Nocatee Town Center is in northern St. Johns County.

The Chophouse at Nocatee is a high-end steakhouse with a rooftop bar overlooking the water is owned and managed by the same team behind ChopHouse Thirteen in Mandarin.

Near the future Coastal Wine is V’s Barbershop and The Social Society along Pine Lake Drive. V’s Barbershop is open and The Social Society plans to open Sept. 14, according to its website.
