Marks Gray adds associate attorneys Love, McColskey

They will focus on liability disputes and medical malpractice.

Marks Gray expanded its litigation services practice with the addition of associate attorneys Brittany Love and Bryce McColskey.

Love’s practice focuses on liability disputes on behalf of self-insured and carrier-insured corporate clients and individuals. She also has experience defending suits involving product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, contract disputes.

Love began her legal career at the Office of the Public Defender for the 4th Judicial Circuit. She transitioned to the in-house litigation team at Farmers Insurance.

A member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, Love received a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida and a J.D. at Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Bryce McColskey

McColskey focuses on medical malpractice and commercial litigation.

Before joining Marks Gray, he worked for a national employment litigation firm as well as an insurance defense firm.

McColskey graduated with a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of North Florida and received a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

He is an active member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, serving on the board of directors for its Young Lawyers Section.
