Five Guys is building-out in Ortega Park, the former Roosevelt Square in West Jacksonville.
The city issued a permit Aug. 13 for Venture Construction Co. to make interior improvements to the 2,773-square-foot space at a project cost of $350,000.
The address is 4495 Roosevelt Blvd., No, 300-301, next to West Marine. Plans show 51 indoor seats and 12 patio seats.
