AdventHealth Palm Coast buys 2 vacant lots in St. Johns County for $5.7 million

The properties are a combined 11.04 acres in St. Augustine along Florida 207.

AdventHealth Palm Coast bought two vacant commercial lots in St. Johns County for $5.7 million on Aug. 2.

The lots are a combined 11.04 acres on north Florida 207 south of San Juan Road in St. Augustine. They are about 1.6 miles northeast of Interstate 95.

East Wind Properties LLC of Ponte Vedra Beach and Woodland Capital LLC of Jacksonville sold the property through 207 Development LLC.

AdventHealth bought the properties through Memorial Hospital Flagler Inc. of Palm Coast.

AdventHealth Palm Coast was formerly Florida Hospital Flagler, in Flagler County.

"Growing alongside the communities we serve is a core priority for AdventHealth and Florida is the fastest-growing state in the U.S.," an AdventHealth spokesperson said in an email.

"To create new access points to health care, we continuously examine properties in various markets for both short-term and long-term opportunities."
