The NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association Northeast Florida Chapter presented its 2024 awards April 18 to honor excellence in the commercial real estate industry.
Here are the winners:
Lifetime Achievement Award: Thomas Fitch King III, Morgar Realty, Inc.
Klechak Award: Mari Kuraishi, Jessie Ball duPont Fund.
Developer of the Year: VanTrust Real Estate, LLC.
Broker of the Year: Luke Pope, JLL executive managing director.
Associate Member of the Year: Brittany Culbreth, Emerald C’s Development Inc. president.
Developing Leader of the Year: Jeffrey Frandsen, Newmark Phoenix Realty Group senior vice president.
Office Deal of the Year: Jacksonville University, 121 Forsyth St.
Industrial Deal of the Year: KeHE Lease.
New Construction or Redevelopment Project of the Year: Imeson Landing Business Park.
Land Deal of the Year: Callahan Country RV Resort.
Retail/Mixed-Use Deal of the Year: The June at The Federal Reserve, the $18 million adaptive reuse of the Federal Reserve and 218 Church St. buildings Downtown.
Chapter Merit Award: Erin Scott, Renasant Bank.
