William Gibbs joined Orr | Cook as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
He specializes in commercial real estate law, land use and entitlement matters and business transactions.
Gibbs also counsels developers, investors and lenders in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial and residential real property, including subsurface/mineral rights issues, distressed asset sales and title insurance.
A Jacksonville native, Gibbs attended the University of Florida for undergraduate studies and then graduated from UF’s Levin College of Law in 2012.
He is an active member of the Jacksonville Bar Associations and Urban Land Institute, North Florida Chapter.
