The city announced April 9 the second of a series of community meetings about Downtown Jacksonville public projects.

The event is 2:30-6:30 p.m. April 10 in the Main Library Multipurpose Room at 303 N. Laura St.

Seating is limited to 100 preregistered guests.

Scheduled topics are:

Riverfront Plaza, 2:35-4 p.m. Riverfront Plaza is the former Jacksonville Landing site.

Resilience & Landscaping, 4:15-5:15 p.m.

Riverwalk Continuity, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

The meeting will include mayor’s office staff; Jacksonville City Council members; Downtown Investment Authority representatives; Department of Parks staff; Recreation and Community Services staff; Public Works Department staff; and the city’s Chief Resilience Officer Anne Coglianese, the city said in a news release.

Those registering will be asked to answer a few survey questions. The responses help measure interest levels and build effective agendas for upcoming public meetings, the release said.
