Regency Centers Corp. senior leasing agent Eric Apple posted on LinkedIn that T.J. Maxx will fill the closed Bed Bath & Beyond space at South Beach Regional shopping center in Jacksonville Beach.
“The TJX Companies, Inc. will be filling our former Bed Bath Box, joining our top tier line up at SBR,” he posted April 4.
“Nordstrom Rack (opening May 2nd), J.Crew Factory (opening May 2nd), and Bath & Body Works (opening June).”
Next to T.J. Maxx, Curations Furniture Design will relocate “from down the street to a new and much larger showroom!” he posted.
He said Katie Kirchner and Clay Weaver with Strategic Sites - Clifford Commercial represented Curations and Mercedes Anderson Loftus with Strategic Retail Advisors represented T.J. Maxx in the lease negotiations.
“Big transformation for one of the best shopping centers in Jacksonville! Check out the façade renovation, which will bring a new look for SBR!!” Apple posted.
The Daily Record reported Feb. 21 that J. Crew Factory and Bath & Body Works are joining South Beach Regional shopping center next to the new Nordstrom Rack in Jacksonville Beach.
Jacksonville-based Regency Centers Corp. owns the 302,737-square-foot South Beach Regional shopping center at 3740-4194 S. Third St., north of Butler Boulevard.
Anchors include The Home Depot, Ross Dress for Less, Trader Joe’s and Staples.
Nordstrom Inc. announced April 13 it will open a 30,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack store in Jacksonville Beach in spring 2024.
The Regency Centers brochure shows it as Anchor C in the former Stein Mart store.
