Lippes Mathias added Patricia Dodson and Eugenia Donahoo as counsel in the firm’s Jacksonville office.
A former corporate counsel, Dodson will defend clients in civil and commercial litigation, personal injury and employment discrimination cases. She also handles breach of contract, professional regulation and credentialing and medical malpractice issues.
Dodson is chair of the Jacksonville Bar Association’s Special Committee on Women in the Profession and a past president of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association.
Donahoo, a member of the firm’s employment practice team, advises clients on all aspects of employment relationships and practices, including hiring and screening processes, discharge and separation matters, wage and hour compliance, discrimination issues, and family, medical, and disability leave. She also helps employers negotiate and prepare executive and general-level employment agreements, severance agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements.
In the community, she is director of engagement for St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. She also serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Donahoo taught at Florida Coastal School of Law, where she also chaired the Professionalism Committee.
