Robert Devine joined the ABL Law General Counsel Program, which provides advice for companies that have a supplemental need for in-house counsel work and acts as an adviser to companies that do not have a fully developed in-house counsel program.
Devine’s background includes leading Southeastern Grocers’ Labor and Employment Group and the company’s litigation and field human resources departments.
He also was chief litigation officer and chief legal officer at Stein Mart before moving to Acosta as chief litigation officer.
