Frank Moya, a construction litigation attorney, joined Adams and Reese’s Jacksonville office as a partner.
Moya has experience in complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, civil litigation and represents clients in construction, banking and finance, and real estate matters.
“Construction continues to be one of the fastest growing industries in our country, and simultaneously, our Adams and Reese construction practice is one of the strategic areas of our firm that we are concentrating on growing to continue to meet the diverse areas of need for our clients who are building and developing across our markets,” Trent Cotney, Adams and Reese Construction Team co-leader and partner in the Tampa office, said in a news release.
Moya is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville, a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association and is CLE Committee co-chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.
A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, Moya was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2011.
Adams and Reese’s construction practice has more than 75 construction attorneys licensed to practice in more than 30 states.
