Justin Cook has been named president of PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida division, according to a May 23 release.
Atlanta-based PulteGroup is among the largest homebuilders in the nation.
Cook, who has 17 years of experience in the industry, will lead all aspects of the division’s homebuilding operations in the greater Jacksonville area.
“Justin brings a wealth of leadership and industry experience to our Northeast Florida division,” said Rich McCormick, PulteGroup Florida area president, in the release.
“His strategic vision, operational expertise and ability to inspire others will allow us to continue to grow and deliver outstanding results in the Jacksonville market.”
PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida division builds in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Middleburg, Wildlight and Green Cove Springs. The division has 15 communities in the market.
It also builds Pulte Homes Active Adult and Del Webb brands for buyers 55 years old and above.
Its most recent community is Wells Landing, which reintroduces its affordable Centex brand with homes starting in the $300,000s.
